Second Day no workout

I don’t know what the hell happened? I fully intended to workout and time just slipped away.  Maybe I should have worked out early and got it done quickly but I didn’t and now I’m getting cranky.

I notice trends like this and this is partially the reason for blogging the workouts and the non workout days so I can track changes in moods. And today I can definitely say I’m anxious and irritable. Let’s make tomorrow fabulous.
